The Blessed One Awaits

Th' moon-wash'd steed flew elegantly 'cross th' turf. 'twas Autumn, canvas glowing with iridiscent ivory. Pelt was smooth, scars and blemishes gone. 'is whole bodice seemed to glide 'cross th' radiant terrain. As 'e passed under th' canopy, pelt was dappled with grey shadows. Soaring across th' plain 'e came to a slow trot. Pearly veil tumbled down 'is silken boa, and lean pillars stretched out to bring him to th' center 'o th' striking land. Giving a slight rear vocals uttered a long, flowing call which carried to th' flutes 'o th' Lights.

Ginger galloped in and looked at Autumn, and bowed politely. She looked around and saw that there was no one else there, so she waited patiently.
WildFire trotted in and saw Ginger standing there by herself. He also bowed politely to Autumn and waited patiently for the rest of them to arrive.
Romper galloped cantered onto the land and saw the light who had called. He remained where he was and saw the few other equines that were there.
Dirrty galloped in and looked at Autumn and nickered to him softly. She bowed politely and waited for him to speak. (Autumn claimed Dirrty in case you forgot. lol It's been a while since I've posted with her.)
Ice Cream Mix also galloped in, and whinnied to Autumn, letting him know that she was there. She saw Dirrty standing over by herself and trotted over to her, standing beside her. (Ice Cream Mix was also claimed by Autumn, I think. I read their posts in claiming so I'm pretty sure that it was Autumn.)
Yesterday galloped in and looked for Sontaris, the one she had been claimed by. She saw he wasn't there so she waited for him, wondering if he had made it out of the war.

six equines entered, three stags and their sisters. Striker and Nico nodded and bowed to the young King, slight saddness betraying them for a moment then they, with Honey and Amelia walked over to a spot looking to see where Sontaris went.
Sontaris nodded to the first King he had know and 'is sister, Jillarist bowed to 'im. Sontaris nodded to the othertwo stags and walked over towards Yesterday, nudging the little sister he had become so protective of.

Bloody Evening walked in slying, but raised his head to nodded it to the King. he walked over to some shadows, though his pelt shone in the little light there was in them.

So now I ask ye to bow thy dial for a moment. 'e answered in loud and clear tones. Lowering 'is melodics to a grave level, 'e began to speak th' blessing taught to 'im by 'is sire.
We who are left behind watch you on your way
The long prison of the years unlocks its iron door.
Go, free now, into the beautiful land.
Forgive us, who suffer in this clouded world.
Guide us and wait for us, as we wait for you.
We will meet again.
Dancer felt tears began to fill 'er pools as 'he rembered th' grief and pain 'o th' battle. Lowering 'er apex 'he closed 'er orbs slowly, letting 'er sib's words fill 'er pallid dream-box. 'he saw ghostly shapes 'o equines gallop across th' skies. They were at peace at last.

Nymphea too closed 'er cerulean spheres at th' Kings lyrics. Slender bodice was illuminated by th' gilded sun as sliken tassels blew gently. Auds picking up th' tune 'o th' princess' words, 'he too repeated them.
We will meet again.
Solar drifted into th' terra. 'e still ached from th' battle, but th' pain was mental then anything. To lose 'is footing under sod slippery with blood. To see th' ground a bed 'o thrashing, screaming equines. Those were the scenes which caused 'im th' pain. Arching 'is boa slightly so dial was bowed 'e murmered th' line that was rippling 'round th' mass 'o equines.

Yesterday nickered to Sontaris kindly, and closed her orbs. A small tear rolled down her maw, and onto the ground. She was so glad that the people who were standing here were standing here. She listened to the young king's words, and took them to heart.
Dirrty and Ice listened to Autumn's words and closed their occulars tightly, and bowed their craniums.
Ginger listened and opened her orbs just enough to look at Zanzibar and Illshar, then closed them again, quickly.
WildFire opened his spheres, also, and looked for Euphoria. Then decided just to wait. He was sure she'd be there.
Romper copied all of the other equines's and closed his orbs and dipped his dial and bowed his head.

Peace be upon you as your braveness is known.
emerald hues closed momentarily and opened, lifting her lovely dial back to position her heart bursting with emotion for the ones that did not deserve to die. But died fighting for what was right.~*

Spirit dipped her head and closed her orbs. sorrow threatened to fill her heart - but she shut it out. now was not the time for mourning, that time would come soon enough

Where be Zanzibar? 'e asked loudly, so that all equines could catch 'is lyrics.
I shall him M'Lord. Solar answered softly, wheeling quickly around. Giving a slight whinny 'e proceeded to embark to th' Lord's domain.

Sapphire, having come in halfway through the opening words, felt hot tears spring to her eyes at the beautiful prayer. The thought of those who had died causing her to think of her past, something she hadn't done since she had left. The young wolf that was her constant campanion drew closer to comfort her, though he was as touched by the horses words as well.
